Program Description
1. Program Overview
Editor Notes: This program develops the skills necessary to work in the fields of international marketing and international investment.
This program is established on the fundamental economics and emphasizes on the theories and policies of international economics, international trade, and overseas investment in the global economy, as well as on the operation of international trade and overseas investment in real world practices .
2. Main Courses

Macroeconomics, Microeconomics, International Finance, International Marketing, International Trade, History of Chinese Foreign Trade
3. Graduation
Editor Notes: After completing this program, students can be equipped with solid foundation of field theory on international economics and trade, skills required for practices on international trade and investment, and skills of multicultural communication.
Graduates are expected to acquire knowledge and capabilities as follows: The basic theories behind economics, commerce, finance, managementand accounting. Understand the economic and trade policies in major countries and districts as well as the current theories of international economics and trade. Have a deep understanding of current economic and social issues, which is guided by their broad international outlook to be capable of making economic analysis and decisions, international business negotiations, and practicing import and export operations.

The passport-size photo (one-inch, 219*413) should be taken within the last six months, bareheaded, full-faced with blue-color background; the photo is required to submit as JPG image less than 100kb.
*2. Information Page of Passport
A clear copy of your valid ordinary passport with your name, photo, birth date, place of birth, date of issue, date of expiry; Visa page is required for applicants who are currently in China or not in their home country.
*3. Highest Degree Certificate
Graduation certificate in languages other than Chinese or English should be translated into Chinese or English and be certified by notarization.
For applicants who haven’t graduated, pending graduation certificate available till the application date is also acceptable. Official graduation certificate shall be submitted timely after being received.*4. English proficiency certificates TOFEL or IELTS

For graduate programs, please download the sample; for other programs, please write the study plan properly; Please write in Chinese or English according to the language in which the major is taught., including research achievements so far (e.g. title and abstracts of graduation thesis or published paper), reasons of choosing SHU, study and research plan, future career plan, etc.

Applicants should submit a video including self-introduction and study plan in China. avi, mov, or mp4 less than 50 MB are accepted. The language of the video should be consistent with the language of the program you are applying for (English or Chinese).
*10. CSCA Test Transcript(s)
-You need to take the official CSCA test organized by the Chinese government and submit the corresponding subject result transcript(s) when applying. Learn more about the CSCA test >>
